His Lordship Most Rev. Philip Boyce, Bishop of Raphoe, has announced the following clergy appointments in the diocese with effect from the end of August 2007 unless otherwise stated.

Fr Séamus L. Gallagher retiring as PP Glenswilly after 50 years of priestly service, 24 of them in the Diocese of Raphoe.

Fr Hugh Sweeney, PP, Kilteevogue (Glenfin) to be PP Glenswilly, effective September 15th.

Fr Lorcan Sharkey, CC, Glenvar to be PP Kilteevogue (Glenfin), effective September 15th.

Fr Daniel McBrearty, PP, Ballintra granted a Sabbatical.

Fr Seamus Dagens, CC, Clar to be PP Ballintra.
Fr Ciarán Harkin, Chaplain, Letterkenny Institute of Technology to be CC Stranorlar.

Fr Rory Brady, CC, Stranorlar to be Chaplain Letterkenny Institute of Technology.

Fr Gerard Cunningham, CC, Conwal & Leck (Cathedral Parish) to be CC Fintown.

Fr Éamon McLaughlin, CC Fintown to finish his Doctorate and study at the Pontifical Academy (Rome).

Fr William Bradley, C.S.Sp., on loan to the Diocese to be CC Conwal & Leck (Cathedral Parish) effective October 6th.

Fr Aodhán Cannon, returning from sabbatical year to be CC Ardara.

Fr Francis Ferry, Newly Ordained, to be CC Townawilly (Donegal Town) and Chaplain to the Vocational School, Donegal Town.

Fr Philip Kemmy, Newly Ordained, to return to Rome to complete his Licentiate studies.
