Rev. Paul Gallagher
is ordained to the Priesthood
Rev. Paul Gallagher, a native of Falcarragh, was ordained to the Priesthood for service in the Diocese of Raphoe, by Most Rev. Dr Philip Boyce, OCD., Bishop of Raphoe, in St Eunan's Cathedral on Sunday 20th June 2004. Fr Paul studied for the priesthood in St Patrick's College, Thurles, and in St Patrick's College, Maynooth. The ordination was attened by all of Fr Martin's parents and family and by over thirty priests, mostly from the diocese of Raphoe. Fr Paul celebrated his First Mass in his home Church of St Finnian, Falcarragh, on Monday 21st June.
